A delivery partner you can audit.
Kaylord has delivered UIF and SETA-funded skills programmes to thousands of learners across Limpopo since 2015. Our delivery model is local, our records are auditable, and our reporting is timely. Here is the structure.
The delivery chain
Funder — UIF, via the Department of Employment and Labour, or other public-sector skills funds.
Implementer — Kaylord (Pty) Ltd. We hold the contract, the learner records, the stipend payment file, and the reporting deliverables.
Training partner(s) — SETA-accredited providers. They deliver the curriculum and assess against the registered qualification.
Host employers — Local businesses across Limpopo that take learners for the workplace component.
Each link is documented. Each can be audited.
Reporting and compliance
- Learner-level data — registration packs, ID copies, attendance, assessment outcomes — captured at intake and updated through the programme.
- Monthly progress reports — beneficiary statistics, stipend disbursements, attendance rates, milestone achievement.
- Close-out reports — final absorption statistics, qualification pass rates, exit destinations.
- Evidence packs — for any audit or verification, prepared in the format the funder requires.
If you would like to see a sanitised sample of any of these reports, request one at info@kaylord.org.
